Cambro UPC800157 Description
This front-loading Cambro UPC800157 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier measures 20 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄8 inches deep by 54 inches high. For durability, its door latches are constructed of strong nylon, while the doors' 270-degree swing-open mechanism streamlines product retrieval. This unit holds as many as (12) 2 1⁄2-inch-deep full-size pans; its total approximate capacity is 60 quarts.
The Cambro UPC800157 insulated food carrier is mobile and mounted on four 5-inch casters, two of which swivel to maneuver around corners. Enabling users to steer it comfortably throughout a hall or dining venue, it's built with molded-in handles. It's insulated with polyurethane to retain heat and has a pop-up vent to let steam escape, preventing sogginess. This unit comes in beige for color coding.
