Cambro UPC800194 Description
Intended to be moved for catering applications, the Cambro UPC800194 Ultra Camcart® food carrier's 20 1⁄2-inch-wide by 27 1⁄8-inch-deep by 54-inch-high structure is furnished with two fixed casters and two swivel casters. Molded-in handles provide steering control while built-in bumpers protect the walls from scuffs and scrapes. This unit is enveloped in a single piece of double-wall polyethylene that defends against rust, cracks, and dents. Its two doors swing out 270 degrees, lending full access to the cabinet's interior.
Designed to hold 2 1⁄2-inch-, 4-inch-, 6-inch-, and 8-inch-deep pans, the Cambro UPC800194 food carrier's two compartments each accommodate 60 quarts of product. Each compartment is lined with polyurethane foam insulation to maintain temperatures without electricity. A vent cap is built into each section to release steam that could cause food to become soggy prior to being served. To retain temperatures, the doors are secured with tight-seal nylon door latches and gaskets.
