Cambro UPC800402 Description
Because it holds full-size food pans measuring 8, 6, 4, or 2 1⁄2 inches deep, the Cambro UPC800402 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier can hold 60 quarts of product per cavity. This non-electrical unit's interior is lined with thick polyurethane foam, and tight air gaskets in the door help minimize temperature spikes and drops. To maintain consistent temperatures and textures prior to serving, a vent cap on each of the two compartments expels steam.
The Cambro UPC800402 food carrier measures 20 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄8 inches deep by 54 inches high and comes in brick red. Enveloped in a seamless, double-wall polyethylene shell that shields it from dents, scratches, and rust, it's designed to endure daily, high-volume use. Fixed and swivel casters are built onto the bottom of the unit, and molded-in vertical handles add steering control. Bumpers can minimize damage to walls and furniture when the unit is moved.
