Cambro UPC800186 Description
The Cambro UPC800186 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier has foam insulation that retains temperatures for hours. Made of one piece of polyethylene, the unit is strong and simple to clean. It is navy blue, and the material resistant to cracks, breaks, and rust. It has door gaskets that help prevent air from escaping and can be removed for cleaning. Its doors can open 270 degrees for complete access to compartments. To keep heat and cold inside, nylon door latches are included. The Cambro UPC800186 insulated food server can hold (12) 2 1⁄2-inch-deep full-size food pans. Four 6-inch casters ease maneuverability. To prevent food from getting soggy, a vent cap releases excess steam. A bumper is molded in to minimize damage to walls and furniture.
