Cambro UPC800131 Description
The Cambro UPC800131 Ultra Camcart® insulated food server has a seamless polyethylene construction that will not chip, rust, or crack. It is insulated with polyurethane foam that holds temperatures for at least 4 hours. It has a marine rail that keeps trays in place on the top during prep, but should not be used during transport. To keep food crispy, a vent cap can be popped up to release steam. Casters provide movement, and a built-in bumper minimizes damage to walls and furniture. The Cambro UPC800131 insulated food carrier can hold (12) 2 1⁄2-inch-deep full-size food pans. Nylon latches enable the door to open and close effortlessly; the doors swing open 270 degrees for complete access to compartments.
