Cambro UPC800192 Description
Both of the Cambro UPC800192 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier's compartments are lined with thick polyurethane foam to maintain hot and cold temperatures for an extended period of time. A single piece of double-wall polyethylene keeps the unit from cracking, denting, and rusting so it can endure daily, high-volume use. To reduce heat loss, the doors are secured in place with nylon door latches, and gaskets create an airtight seal. Vent caps built into each compartment release steam, minimizing sogginess prior to serving.
The Cambro UPC800192 food pan carrier is suited to hold food pans measuring 8, 6, 4, or 2 1⁄2 inches deep. Its doors swing out 270 degrees, granting users full access to the cabinet's interior for loading and unloading. This unit measures 20 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄8 inches deep by 54 inches high and is furnished with two fixed casters and two swivel casters. Molded-in handles help users steer the unit, and bumpers protect walls and furniture from scuffing.
