Product dispenses from three valves—two with single flavors and one that swirls the two. Excess product and drips fall into a collection shelf below.

As product runs out, the low-mix light shines, encouraging operators to refill the hoppers. Ice cream in the hoppers is refrigerated, so it stays cold and fresh throughout the process, while agitators mix the hopper supply to maintain consistency from one cone to the next. At the end of the day, operators can turn the unit to standby mode, which refrigerates the product when not in use.
