The Vollrath 90352 Super Pan 3® third-size steam pan has an integral frame that enhances the presentation of product. The reinforced corners have a spout-like design to pour product, while flat edges create a comfortable grip. Lugs are built into the pan, so it can be stacked without jamming. Constructed of stainless steel, the pan is strong and rust resistant. With a 2-inch depth, it can hold 2.1 quarts of food.
