The Vollrath 90343 Super Pan 3® third-size Gastronorm food pan is made of durable stainless steel and has perforations throughout its sides so air can flow around products during cooking. While this pan is stackable with other similarly sized units, its stacking lugs ensure they won't stick together during storage. So the pan's edge doesn't become deformed, it's reverse formed and flattered.
