Built for countertop placement in compact settings, the Stoelting D118-37-L margarita machine doesn’t require rear clearance, though 3 inches of clearance are required on each side. Overall, it measures 16 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 321⁄2 inches high. To simplify use in fast-paced operations, it features a single on/off switch and self-closing push/pull handle. This unit includes a lighting package that features an LED-illuminated clear window, illuminating product and increasing impulse purchases.
The Stoelting D118-37-L beverage dispenser is designed to create uncarbonated frozen daiquiris, slushies, margaritas, and other popular drinks. It operates with R-448A refrigerant and can be used in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Its base tray accommodates a 32-ounce pitcher for refills or table delivery, and to maximize output, this air-cooled unit features a 5-gallon hopper and 2-gallon freezing cylinder.
