The Frosty Factory 235R 2/1 margarita machine includes two dispensers and one condensing unit, with the condensing unit being remote, so any heat and noise it produces stay outside. With this setup, staff members can place the dispensers close together without worrying about overheating. Each dispenser has a header for labeling the flavor, and that panel lights up to draw attention from passersby. For displaying the mixed product to customers, the front has a clear plastic window.
This Frosty Factory 235R 2/1 margarita machine has several features that simplify upkeep, including a low-mix light, drip tray, and standby switch. Prompting staff to refill the unit before it runs empty, the low-mix light indicates when beverage is getting low. Its drip tray collects spills throughout the day and keeps liquid off the counter. In case liquid overflows, 4-inch legs elevate the unit, enabling staff to quickly clean under the unit. At the end of the day, a staff member can flip the standby switch to keep product refrigerated at 40 degrees Fahrenheit, which is great for holding product overnight.
