Hatco 3CS-9 Description
Suitable for three- or four-compartment sinks and bar sinks with widths between 21 inches and 25 inches, the Hatco 3CS-9 sanitizing sink heater has a 6.75-inch-wide by 16.88-inch-deep by 12.63-inch-high structure to fit beneath sinks for streamlined warewashing. It mounts into external installation in the bottom of the sink, while its dual reservoir design keeps the heating element submerged in water and reduces sediment buildup. To support incoming water with less than 3 grains of hardness per gallon, it heats water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit for a continuous supply of sanitized water that upholds health code requirements. If the water becomes hotter than anticipated, temperature-sensitive energy cut-off technology deactivates the unit.
The Hatco 3CS-9 commercial sink heater’s front is made of durable stainless steel to endure chips and scratches. A drain on its side removes sediment buildup to ensure smooth operation, and on its front, the unit can be turned off and on with a toggle switch. A red light, also located on the front, tells the operator when the unit should be refilled with water and reset.
