Norlake KLB7488-C Indoor Walk-In Cooler w/ Left Hinge Door - Top Mount Compressor, 8' x 8' x 7' 4"H, Floorless

For indoor use in areas with already established smooth tile or concrete flooring, the Norlake KLB7488-C walk-in cooler is a floorless unit measuring 8 feet wide by 8 feet deep by 7 feet 3⁵⁄₈ inches tall. In place of flooring, it's supplied with vinyl sealers that sit beneath the wall panels. This unit comes with modular ceiling and wall panels that feature female and male mating rails for securing the panels in a proper alignment during setup and cam locking fasteners that establish an airtight seal. When locked together, these panels create an energy-efficient box, and to conserve energy, retain generated temperatures, and enhance structural stability, each panel is built with 4-inch-thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The interior and exterior panels are finished with stucco-embossed, corrosion-resistant 26-gauge coated steel to extend the box's service life.

Because the Norlake KLB7488-C indoor walk-in cooler comes with a ceiling-mounted refrgieration system, it can maintain a temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can access the interior through the 26-inch-wide by 78-inch-tall left-hinged door, and for smooth movement and secure closure, it's fitted with two field-adjustable cam-lift hinges, a spring-actuated door closer, and a magnetic gasket. Operators can lock the door with the NL 9800 deadbolt handle's independent key and padlock feature. To reduce the chance of employees getting locked inside the unit, the interior features a safety release mechanism. A vapor-proof LED light fixture is positioned above the door to illuminate the interior; users can determine if the light has been left on with the exterior-mounted pilot indicator light. A digital thermometer inside the unit provides an accurate temperature readout.
