The Summit SCF1312DT storage freezer has a temperature range of 0 to 5 degrees Fahrenheit and a fan-cooled compressor. A digital thermostat with electronic controls provides the user with a precise and convenient way to monitor the temperature. The interior, which is constructed of easy-to-clean hammered aluminum, offers a storage capacity of 13³⁄₅ cubic feet.

The exterior of the freezer's cabinet is finished in bright white with sliding glass lid made of tempered glass, which provides a clear view of the products being stored inside. The Summit SCF1312DT freezer is mounted on four casters, which allow it to be conveniently wheeled around. The products held in the interior of the unit are protected by a secure factory installed lock on the lid.
