So employees can load and retrieve products seamlessly, the solid, hinged lid remains in place once opened. Because it's fitted with four casters and two brakes, it can be moved for maintenance or cleaning as needed.
The Omcan 46501 (FR-CN-0142) box freezer provides 4.9 cubic feet of storage space that can accommodate ice cream, packaged meat, vegetables, and microwavable meals. The included basket can display seasonal items or discounted products for neat organization. For simple cleaning during inventory changeouts, the interior walls are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum that's simple to wipe clean. To hold various products at safe temperatures, operators can adjust the mechanical thermostat from -8 to 5 degrees Fahrenheit. For simplified cleanup during defrost, it features a defrost drain.
