Adcraft CK-2 Description

The Adcraft CK-2 countertop pizza oven operates at 450 degrees Fahrenheit, turning on and off based on its 30-minute timer. This ensures the oven is not active for too long, preventing overheating and reducing the energy used. Because this oven has both upper and lower heating elements, crusts are crisped and pizza toppings are cooked to perfection. The crumb tray catches spilled food particles and can be removed when it is time to empty it. Its stainless steel exterior can be wiped clean.

  • I wouldn't purchase this one again...

By BJ Cooks on April 5, 2022

"We make our own homemade pizzas. We have always baked them in our home oven and had never used a pizza oven before, so we didn't know what to look for. We found this pizza oven at another online store and purchased it. We bake our pizza on a screen and this one will only fit a 12" pizza screen. It doesn't have a knob to adjust temperatures...only a timer. I think I read that it bakes at a temperature of 450 degrees. We spray the screen with cooking spray then spread out the dough to fit then gently place it onto the screen. We then put sauce, cheese and toppings and usually bake around 12 minutes. Because it only has top burner coils, the top is always beautifully done and the cheese and toppings are cooked just right however, since there are no bottom burner coils, the bottoms never get browned or crunchy. The bottom does get done enough to eat and enjoy...just not crispy and crunchy or very browned. The pizzas really taste great cooked in this oven though. To cook a frozen pizza, you have to microwave it for about 2-4 minutes and then place it on the screen for about 8-10 minutes...yet again, the crust doesn't get crispy. We like this oven and use it because we think we get a better pizza than one baked in the regular oven, however we will probably purchase a new one in the near future...one that has double burner coils and temperature dial so that we can get the bottoms a little more done and have a little more control over the temperature and time. So, no we wouldn't purchase this one again, but we are very glad to have purchased this one for the experience and lessons learned."
  • Burns everything before fully cooked.

"Price is cheap for a commercial oven but don't be fooled. Does not cook thoroughly without burning. Was a waste of money."
  • Not worth your money

    By Mary T on February 28, 2014

"Does not cook evenly. And adcraft is not nice to deal with. They told me I should not cook frozen pizzas in it. I also tried to make toast and the bottom would not toast."
