Vollrath 46255 Full Size Chafer w/ Roll-top Lid & Chafing Fuel Heat

The Vollrath 46255 New York, New York® full-size chafer has a roll-top lid that can be opened to three positions and removed for cleaning and storage. Heated by chafing fuel, this unit doesn't require any electricity and can be used in outdoor locations. To hold chafing fuel cannisters, a rack is built into the chafer's bottom and includes a wind guard to protect burning fuel from gusts of air. Its stainless steel construction is polished to a mirror finish and accented with touches of brass for a refined appearance.
