Designed for high-volume baking and roasting, the MoTak MECO-2-DBL-240 double full-size electric convection oven is built for efficiency and precision. Its solid-state thermostat maintains temperatures from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, providing controlled heat for various cooking applications. The unit's two-speed fan motor circulates hot air evenly throughout both oven cavities, minimizing cold spots and ensuring uniform cooking results. Each oven includes five chrome-plated racks that fit within a 10-position guide system.
Constructed of stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, the MoTak MECO-2-DBL-240 convection oven withstands demanding kitchen environments. Its stainless steel doors feature double-pane thermal glass windows that trap heat while providing visibility. An interlock switch stops the fan and heating elements when the doors are opened, reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency. The porcelain enamel interior is designed with rounded corners for simplified cleaning. A 60-minute, continuous-ring timer with a manual shutoff provides cooking oversight.
