MoTak MECO-2-DBL-208 Description
Featuring a double-deck design, the MoTak MECO-2-DBL-208 full-size electric convection oven provides high-volume baking and roasting capacity for commercial kitchens. Each oven compartment includes five chrome-plated racks that fit within a 10-position rack guide system, spaced 1 1⁄2 inches apart for flexible pan configurations. A solid-state thermostat enables precise temperature control from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, while the 60-minute, continuous-ring timer with manual shutoff provides monitoring capabilities. Constructed of stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, the porcelain enamel interior resists heat damage and simplifies cleaning with its seamless, nonstick surface.
Equipped with two independent stainless steel doors per deck, the MoTak MECO-2-DBL-208 convection oven features double-pane thermal glass windows that help retain heat while allowing operators to monitor cooking progress. A built-in interlock switch automatically stops the fan and heating elements when the doors open, improving safety and reducing energy loss. The two-speed fan motor ensures heat distribution across both cooking chambers, reducing hot spots and improving consistency.
