True Refrigeration T-12G-HC~FGD01 Description
To defend against corrosion and streamline cleaning, the True T-12G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator features a clear-coated aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. This interior is fitted with LED lighting to illuminate the cabinet's contents, which can be accessed through a double-paned, thermal glass door. Product can be organized on the unit's three wire shelves, which are coated in PVC for additional protection.
The True T-12G-HC~FGD01 one-section refrigerator is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to prevent cold air from seeping out of the cabinet. Using a self-contained capillary tube system, it maintains consistent temperatures at 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit uses R290 refrigerant—a type of hydrocarbon that's more environmentally friendly than traditional alternatives.
To better maintain product temperature, the condensing coil is frequently cleaned with the compressor fan motor. By blowing in an opposite direction when it's turned on, it helps remove buildup of dirt and dust, improving long-term operation and decreasing overall energy use. However, preventative maintenance still needs to be applied to this unit.
