True Refrigeration T-12G-HC~FGD01 Description
The True T-12G-HC~FGD01 glass-door refrigerator has a stainless steel front and aluminum sides, back, and top that resist corrosion. The stainless steel floor has coved corners to simplify cleaning and the interior aluminum sides have an easy-to-clean clear coating. Product sits on three gray PVC-coated shelves, which are corrosion resistant. Users can easily find product through the glass door before they open it, reducing cold air loss. Leaks are prevented with magnetic gaskets around the door frame.
This glass-door refrigerator is designed to hold temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperatures are maintained with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through a capillary tube system, and cold air is evenly circulated with condenser and evaporator fan motors. The True T-12G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator has an epoxy-coated evaporator that resists corrosion.
For improved, long-term operation, the unit's compressor fan motor helps keep the condensing coil clean. By blowing its fan in an opposite direction for 20 seconds upon start up, it helps remove dirt, dust, and debris buildup. When removed, the coil can better maintain product temperature. Preventative maintenance must still be carried out on the coil and compressor.
