Ice-O-Matic CIM0636HR Description
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0636HR Elevation™ modular cube ice maker dispenses half-cube ice that measures 3⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch. In a 24-hour period, the unit produces up to 615 pounds of ice at 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and at 90 degrees Fahrenheit, it makes up to 535 pounds of ice.
The remote condenser, which must be purchased separately, can be placed away from the machine to reduce heat and noise levels in your establishment. Thanks to the common configuration, digital diagnostics, and universal components in the Universal Smart Harness™ control board, the unit is easy to install and service the ice maker.
With its built-in Agion® antimicrobial protection, bacteria growth in the unit is slowed. The Ice-O-Matic CIM0636HR Elevation modular cube ice maker’s LED status display indicates when cleaning is required, while the one-touch controls make it easy to descale and sanitize. Made of plastic and free of crevices, the food zone is easy to wipe clean. The warewasher-safe components are easy to remove since they snap in and out of place.
