Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FA90 Description
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FA Elevation™ modular cube ice maker uses a self-contained, air-cooled condenser and R-404A refrigerant to produce up to 500 pounds of full-cube ice each day. This type of ice measures 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 by 7⁄8 inch and is a popular choice for serving soft drinks and water. To increase your installation options, the hot air can be discharged from the top or side of the unit. This ice maker is designed to be easy to install and service because the Universal Smart Harness™ control board offers digital diagnostics, universal components, and better access.
The Agion® antimicrobial protection slows the growth of bacteria in the plastic food zone, which lacks crevices to allow employees to quickly wipe it down. Components in this area are also easy to remove for dishwasher cleanup since they snap in and out. When cleaning is required, an LED status display alerts the operator. This routine maintenance can be done more efficiently with one-touch controls for sanitizing and descaling the Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FA Elevation modular cube ice maker.
