MoTak MBR36 36" Gas Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates, Convertible

For searing and grilling proteins and vegetables, the MoTak MBR36 charbroiler's 20¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 35¹⁄₂-inch-deep cooking area features U-style stainless steel burners every 6 inches. Operators can adjust the burners' flames with the two manual controls to achieve specific results in 12-inch-wide sections, enabling staff to prepare foods with different cooking requirements simultaneously. Heavy-duty, 10-gauge stainless steel radiants uniformly distribute heat across the cast iron rack to minimize the risk of cool spots while protecting the burners from clogging. To simplify cleanup, a full-width stainless steel grease catch pan collects oil and debris and can be removed when cleaning is required.

The MoTak MBR36 commercial charbroiler measures 35²¹⁄₂₅ inches wide by 29¹¹⁄₂₅ inches deep by 15⁴⁄₂₅ inches tall to fit on countertops. Its extended cool-to-the-touch front edge enhances user safety, while its 4-inch-tall backsplash and side splashes protect adjacent areas from pops of hot oil. For stabilization during use, its nonskid legs can be raised or lowered as needed on irregular surfaces. Although this unit ships ready for use with natural gas, it can simply be converted to accommodate LP gas with the included kit.
