The slim body of the Mahlkonig E80SUPREME espresso grinder measures 99/20 inches wide by 132/5 inches deep by 244/5 inches high for easy placement on countertops in cafes. This grinder features a hopper with an interior that can hold 4 pounds of coffee beans; users can use the front-placed high-resolution screen with turn-and-push controls to change the grinding process and accommodate a variety of coffee styles. As many as six different recipes can be preset with the appropriate time and grinding settings, and once this is selected, employees can insert the portafilter to automatically start operation.
The Mahlkonig E80SUPREME espresso grinder’s grinding base is built-in with 80-millimeter burrs and grinding discs. With simple-to-discern disc distance detection, this espresso grinder allows users to manually adjust the fineness or coarseness of their grounds when needed. Using its quiet motor and active temperature control when grinding, it has an idle speed of 1,700 revolutions per minute and produces 7 to 8 grams per second for mid- to high-intensity use.
