This Mahlkonig E80SUPREME espresso grinder’s grinding-degree slider enables users to adjust the fineness of the grounds on a level between 0 and 10. The unit’s 80-millimeter built-in burr and grinder discs crush the beans, which are dispensed through the chute to the portafilter. This unit produces 7 to 8 grams per second with an idle speed of 1,700 revolutions per minute. The hopper’s 4-pound capacity ensures users have enough coffee beans to make it through busy shifts without refilling.
The Mahlkonig E80SUPREME espresso grinder’s 88.3-millimeter-thick display features simple, turn-and-push button controls to cycle through its various menus. The system holds six preset recipes, but users can manually operate the grinding process when necessary. The high-resolution display also provides active temperature control and enables users to view the distance of the grinding discs.
