The hopper atop the Mahlkonig E65SGBW espresso grinder holds 21/2 pounds of coffee beans and operates at an average speed of 1,700 revolutions per minute with a grinding capacity of 5 to 6 grams. For an accurate, consistent, high-quality taste, this unit features grind-by-weight technology and a patented disc distance detection system. The degree of fineness for the grounds is adjustable using the grinding degree slider.
