The Alto-Shaam CTP7-20E-QS Combitherm® CT PROformance™ combi oven increases cooking application flexibility and reduces cook times by providing convection heat, steam, and combination cook modes. With a full-size interior, the unit can hold eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans or eight 12-inch by 20-inch pans. These pans sit on nontilt supports and are clearly visible under efficient LED lights. Increasing visibility, the right-hinged door has a glass window, and its triple-pane construction holds heat inside the cavity without limiting product view.

User-friendly and straightforward, the Alto-Shaam CTP7-20E-QS full-size combi oven has PROtouch controls with four cook modes and two power levels. Cooks can also set the humidity level between 0 and 100 percent, and for popular recipes that are uploaded through the USB port, these settings can be programmed ahead of time. After a cook setting concludes, steam automatically releases from the unit, while a cooldown mode can be programmed to quickly drop the interior temperature.
