Operators can install a premix or post-mix soda gun system into this Cambro BAR730DSCP669 Cambar® portable bar to serve carbonated drinks. Because it's a basic system, it's partially equipped for soda service and features necessary components to ensure drinks are served cold, such as a sealed-in cold plate and a carbon dioxide chain. Its ice sink has an 80-pound capacity and a sliding cover to protect stored ice from airborne particulates, and seven bottles can be stored on the speed rail located behind the bar. Designed for use in high-end catering events, it features an elegant Carmel design with a decorative ABS plastic countertop. This 77⁵⁄₈-inch-wide by 28¹⁄₂-inch-deep by 47¹⁄₂-inch-high unit has a durable, water- and impact-resistant polyethylene construction and is mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters.
