Because it's a premix system, this Cambro BAR650DSDX668 portable bar includes a premix soda gun with five buttons and can accommodate a 5-gallon soda canister and a CO₂ tank, enabling operators to serve carbonated beverages alongside alcohol. Ice can be stored in ideal conditions in the 80-pound ice sink, and its slide-back cover shields ice from airborne particulates. As ice melts, it drains into the wastewater bin, reducing hands-on cleaning tasks. Seven bottles can be placed on the speed rail, and the rail can be removed for cleaning to ensure bottles are stored on a sanitary surface.

For high-end applications, the Cambro BAR650DSDX668 portable bar's Sedona design adds an elegant flair to banquet halls, hotels, pool sides, and patios. A decorative granite appearance is built atop the fiberglass pattern, and ABS plastic front and side panels highlight the unit's unique pattern. Despite its classic appearance, it's made of durable, high-density polyethylene—a rust-, chip-, dent-, and crack-resistant polymer. This high-impact, waterproof material is simple to clean.
