The SaniServ 108 frozen cocktail machine has a 25-quart hopper. Product is visible through the faceplate, so customers can clearly see the beverage. Each cycle is consistent with the automatic controls, and the system can be air cooled or water cooled. Since the exterior is made of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and provides strength. This SaniServ 108 frozen beverage machine is made with few parts, enabling quick and simple disassembly for cleaning and sanitizing.
