Hoshizaki F-2001MLJ Description
Great for grocery stores, buffets, and hospitals, the Hoshizaki F-2001MLJ ice machine crafts flaked ice. This light form of ice is good for packing in chilled goods display cases or creating ice packs for patients. The ice maker can create 2,280 pounds of daily ice—plenty of ice for various applications.
The stainless steel auger of the Hoshizaki F-2001MLJ ice maker resists rust, keeping icemaking water clean. This machine's hourly flush cycle enhances sanitation by removing sediment that otherwise would contaminate the ice. This ice maker head must be used with a remote cooling system that must be purchased separately. if you need assistance making that pairing, please contact our customer care department.
