Vulcan VW1S Description
The Vulcan VW1S drawer warmer measures 27 1⁄2 inches wide by 23 1⁄2 inches deep by 16 1⁄4 inches tall, making it perfect for countertops, tables, and stands. This unit holds product on a 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch stainless steel pan. Third-size, half-size, and full-size pans can be accommodated in the drawer with its frame design. There are integrated drawer slides with stainless steel rollers to provide smooth and durable drawer operation. Pulling the drawer out is simple thanks to the large handle design.
The top and sides of the cabinet have 1-inch-thick insulation to retain heat, while humidity is controlled by the adjustable sliding vent. The large, easy-to-read thermometer makes it easy to operate the warmer. Since the cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, the Vulcan VW1S drawer warmer is durable for use in commercial applications. The 5-inch legs adjust to maintain a level holding surface.
