Wells RW-1HD Description
Including one full-size food pan, the Wells RW-1HD one drawer warming unit can hold eight dozen rolls at once. It is ideal for high-volume kitchens because it quickly preheats in just 12 minutes. Users can adjust the temperature between 90 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit using the thermostatic controls, and the humidity can also be controlled by adjusting the vent on the front of the drawer.
The Wells RW-1HD warming unit has stainless steel tracks and bearings to ensure the drawers slide in and out smoothly for product access. To make the unit durable, the exterior and interior are also made of stainless steel, resisting dents, corrosion, and further damage possible in a commercial environment. It has a heavy-duty construction, so it can handle dense products without breaking.
