The exterior of the Alto-Shaam 500-1DN freestanding warming drawer is made of stainless steel, a durable metal that resists rusting and scratching. It features a single compartment with one full-size, stainless steel pan. To increase production while reducing its footprint, this unit is stackable.
The Alto-Shaam 500-1DN food warmer features gentle Halo Heat® for uniform heat distribution to keep products at a safe, appetizing temperature during holding periods. Its temperature can be adjusted using simple, intuitive digital controls, ensuring precise results. This warmer measures 11 5⁄8 inches high.
