Traulsen G10015P Description
Mounted on top of the Traulsen G10015P one-section pass-thru refrigerator, the refrigeration system is separated from dust and debris on the floor. Although this placement can make maintenance more difficult, the removable louver and front-facing condenser coil still enable access to these parts. Temperatures in the unit stay between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit—a level that is adjustable by the operator on the microprocessor controller.
Because the Traulsen G10015P pass-thru refrigerator is made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel, it is durable and resistant to corrosion. Foamed-in-place insulation increases the unit’s structure and helps keep cold air around stored product. Made of solid stainless steel, doors on the front and back of the unit create a pass-thru design. When users are loading product, the doors remain open past 120 degrees and self-close before 120 degrees to retain cold air. Three shelves with a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating are included with the unit. Along the cabinet sides, a built-in guard prevents product storage against the walls that could inhibit air circulation.
