Traulsen G10014P Description
The temperature in the Traulsen G10014P one-section pass-thru refrigerator ranges from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, as operators use the microprocessor controller to adjust the level. On the digital display, operators can check this level in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant removes heat from the cabinet. It is metered by a thermostatic expansion valve based on the cabinet conditions.
In the Traulsen G10014P pass-thru refrigerator, three wire shelves hold the stored items, encouraging even airflow while the epoxy coating resists corrosion. A Load-Sure Guard in the cabinet prevents operators from storing product against the wall and disrupting flowing air. The interior and exterior sides are made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior front is made of stainless steel. This refrigerator has a door on both the front and rear, creating a pass-thru design that can connect the kitchen with the serving area. Solid and made of stainless steel, these doors retain air better than glass doors, though they do not provide interior visibility.
