Vollrath 36446R Description
With its polyurethane foam insulation, the Vollrath 36444R drop-in refrigerator ensures that products are kept chilled and at their ideal temperatures. Designed to slot into a 67 1⁄4-inch by 25 1⁄4-inch countertop cutout, its well accommodates five 12-inch by 20-inch pans of cold food, keeping it close at hand and reducing set up time. To maintain product freshness for 4 hours, it has a series of copper tubes connected to an external temperature control unit that regulates chill.
The Vollrath 36444R cold wall refrigerator protects its internal components with a durable galvanized steel frame and stainless steel well strengthened with both chromium and nickel, giving it added resistance to scratching and damage caused by extreme temperatures. The body is rimmed with a liquid catching flange to reduce cross contamination and workplace accidents caused by slick surfaces. This unit is intended to be paired with a remote compressor (not included) to keep it at a consistent temperature.
