Crathco CR2501 Description
The Crathco CR2501 CR2500 frozen beverage machine features a single-flavor setup with a gravity-fed dispensing system for high-output service in cafés, concession stands, or snack bars. The pull-knob design dispenses product manually, while the self-contained layout simplifies setup. Designed for countertop use, this unit measures 14 1⁄16 inches wide by 27 13⁄16 inches deep by 30 15⁄16 inches high and supports visual merchandising with a lighted flavor sign and clear front window.
With a 10-quart hopper and an 8 2⁄5-quart freezing cylinder, the Crathco CR2501 beverage machine has a total output capacity of 9 gallons per hour and holds 2 1⁄10 gallons ready to dispense. Constructed of stainless steel, it resists wear from repeated daily use. The internal refrigeration system is air cooled and uses R449A refrigerant to support consistent freezing for smoothies, slushies, or other frozen drinks.
