Beverage-Air RI18HC Description
With its single section, the Beverage-Air RI18HC reach-in refrigerator is engineered for low-volume product storage in small kitchens. It has a solid door that reduces temperature fluctuations compared to glass options and has a self-closing design to retain cold air, but it can stay open at a 120-degree angle. The cabinet has four adjustable shelves and uses LED lighting to improve visibility.
The bottom-mounted refrigeration system in this Beverage-Air RI18HC one-section reach-in refrigerator operates around floor dirt and debris, so it may be an issue in bakeries and other operations that use a lot of flour. Close to the floor, the components won't be affected by rising heat in cook lines. This system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and keeps the temperature at a range within 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
