Scotsman MC0630SAX-32 Description
Producing half-size cubes, the Scotsman MC0630SAX-32 ice machine head uses Harvest Assist technology to push ice into the bin so it is ready when needed. A bin or ice dispenser is not included with the unit and needs to be purchased separately. In 24 hours, this ice maker can produce 582 pounds of ice if ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the unit is air cooled, it uses air from whatever room it is in to cool the refrigerant; when this liquid is cold, it removes heat from the evaporator plate so that cubes form.
This Scotsman MC0630SAX-32 ice maker can be cleaned with the push of a button, and its stainless steel construction has an antimicrobial protection guard. As this ice maker can be used with the ICELINQ® mobile app, operators can conveniently access the machine dashboard, operating controls, and intuitive step-by-step cleaning. The air filer is located on the self-aligning front panel to support efficiency and quick access to key mechanisms. To see service information and warranty history, users can scan an included QR code and connect immediately. Users will know when maintenance is needed due to a handy indicator light with increased visibility.
Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
