Mixing Paddle
When you need a mixing paddle, having the right size and shape can make a huge difference. KaTom's mixing paddles include rounded and squared blades, as well as handles from short enough for one-handed use to long enough to reach the bottom of a large kettle. A metal stirring paddle can power through dense doughs without the risk of breaking, while plastic and wood paddles are safe for using in non-stick pans and can prevent scratching bowls. Please note that it is not recommended to put wooden paddles in the dishwasher. Instead, these should be hand washed and treated with mineral oil to prevent cracking and bacteria growth.
