Curtis GEM-12D-10 Description
The Curtis GEM-12D-10 Gemini® twin coffee brewer has customizable controls that can brew coffee by a specified volume and temperature. Each of these settings can be adjusted in 2-degree-Fahrenheit increments, and the unit's heating system warms without burning. While brewing, the unit monitors the cycle and enables operators to adjust settings as necessary.
The Curtis GEM-12D-10 coffee brewer has two heads that can brew and dispense coffee simultaneously. Their digital button controls can outlast switches and can be quickly wiped clean. To support fast repairs, the system automatically determines maintenance issues. This unit goes into standby mode after two hours to lower energy bills.
