The Leer 30CG-R290 ice merchandiser can be installed indoors—ideal for supermarket and grocery store interiors. This unit is digitally controlled to upkeep temperatures from 16 to 24 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a cold-wall defrost system; the cold-wall control is supplied with a singular thermal-couple probe wire to monitor the unit’s air temperature. The proper location of this tube is where the back wall and ceiling meet. Users should note that for this cold-wall defrost method to work the interior will need to be emptied to allow the walls to warm and soften ice buildup. This unit’s 30-cubic-feet interior is ideal for (65) 10-pound bags, (80) 7-pound bags, or (30) 20-pound bags of ice.

The construction of the Leer 30CG-R290 indoor ice merchandiser sports an all-steel construction without fasteners, welding, or adhesives. Its straight front features a tempered glass door with an aluminum frame and high-impact breaker strip to provide additional strength. The door’s glass pane is simpler to see through using the interior housing’s LED lighting. The interior body is foamed in with 2¹/₂-inch insulation for adept temperature keeping throughout the business day.
