Wells SS-10TU Description
The Wells SS-10TU drop-in round well can warm 11 quarts of stew at one time, keeping it ready to serve. Heating elements are attached to the well's bottom and heat the interior directly and quickly. A thermostat ensures the temperature stays at the level chosen by the operator and, when the desired temperature is reached, a light on the control panel illuminates. If the well's temperature gets too high, the unit shuts off to deter overheating and permanent damage.
Featuring convenient Wellslocks™, this Wells SS-10TU drop-in soup well is built for installation in a metal counter. Its control panel can be mounted in the front so it can be found and adjusted when necessary. To expedite cleaning, the well interior is deep drawn – made from a single sheet of stainless steel punched into its shape – eliminating sharp folds and uneven welds where dirt could be trapped. Likewise, the top is a single, seamless, stainless steel piece that can be wiped clean.
