Magikitch'n MKG-60-ST Description
By using natural gas, the Magikitch'n MKG-60-ST gas griddle heats its 59.75-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface with 10 venturi-style burners that independently warm 6-inch-wide sections of the 1-inch-thick griddle plate. Snap-action thermostats, which control every 12-inch-wide portion, have a temperature range of 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit to support a variety of cooking methods, from reheating to grilling. It's designed for high-volume use; it has a 3.75-gallon removable grease box for streamlined cleanup and its grease chute is fully welded to prevent leaking. Tapered splashes line the perimeter of the griddle to keep oil and grease on the griddle's surface.
The Magikitch'n MKG-60-ST griddle has double-walled stainless steel sides and a side skirting welded into the griddle plate for a solid construction. The skirting has an 11-gauge finish that creates a smooth exterior to match common kitchen palettes, and it's easy to wipe down. Though it comes with 4-inch-high legs, they can be removed, and their solid-panel cabinet base works well for a flush mount.
