To prevent cold air from seeping out of the cabinet, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-72F-SD-WTRRR worktop freezer is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. It’s divided into three sections, offering a total of 18.8 cubic feet of interior space, and each section is equipped with two epoxy-coated shelves. To enable mobility for routine maintenance or cleaning, this unit is positioned on 4-inch casters. The exterior is made of stainless steel to provide durability and streamline cleaning.

For resistance to corrosion, the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-72F-SD-WTRRR three-section freezer features an anodized aluminum interior. Operators can access the cabinet through three right-hinged solid doors, which are field reversible to accommodate different needs. Operating with R290 refrigerant and a self-contained refrigeration system, this unit maintains temperatures between -3 and 3 degrees Fahrenheit. These levels are adjustable via an electronic control system and an LED readout.
