For countertop use, this 22¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 22¹⁄₄-inch-deep by 33⁷⁄₈-inch-high structure is fitted with adjustable legs to prevent wobbling. When the door is open, operators can rotate the rack either direction to access a specific product.

Because it can reach temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Nemco 6455 heated merchandiser can hold pre-baked pretzels, muffins, and bagels at safe serving temperatures. Its tubular heating element can reach 180 degrees Fahrenheit in 16 minutes, while operators can adjust and monitor temperatures with its control panel. To preserve the original texture of the food, a water reservoir generates the moisture required to keep foods fresh for serving.
