Winco EFS-16 Description
The Winco EFS-16 countertop electric fryer has one basket for cooking French fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. It includes a cover, so when the fryer is inactive, its 16 pounds of oil can be protected from bacteria. The basket has a safety handle with grips to secure it in the user's hand during transport, preventing food from dropping on the floor. For cleaning purposes, the stainless steel well and power head are removable for deep scrubbing.

2nd purchase of this item
"I bought tis fryer about two years ago and it's still running strong. I have had other brands but they were smaller and not quite as robust as this one. The large basket and fyer size makes it a snap to cook seafood when family and friends gather. My only complaint is both indicator lamps cracked from putting the fryer basket on the built in holder. I have attempted to order replacements from a parts house but cant find both bulbs, red and green"

Yes I would buy another. Going to purchasing 2 double wells
"I have nothing but good to say about my fryer. I purchased it 4 years ago for my business and today it still frys as if I just took it out of the box. No complaints at all, and now that I am expanding I plan to purchase two of the double well fryers. Wish I could find them in gas"
