"I was a Food Service Director in a church. Several of my employees were having problems using my commercial grade electric can opener. I decided the next time I was in a restaurant supply store to purchase a hand held can opener. I purchased the Swing-A-Way for church and one for my home. One time I dropped a lid down in a container and it sank to the bottom. I was trying to figure out how to get the lid out and I thought about the magnet on this can opener. I placed the can openers magnet on the outside of the bottom of the container. Then, I ran it up to the top of the container. The lid was attached and I retrieved it. An extremly strong magnet. Great can opener!"
